Research on the Sustainable Development of Real Estate Economy in China under the Dual Carbon Strategy

ABSTRACT
The real estate economy is an important part of the national economy. With the proposal of the dual carbon strategy, promoting the sustainable development of the real estate economy has become an important research content. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of real estate economy in China, establishes the sustainable development model, builds the evaluation index system based on sustainable development theory, and uses the entropy-efficacy coefficient method to determine the sustainable development degree of the real estate economy. Finally, empirical research is made on four sample cities, and practical suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of the real estate economy in China.
