China’s Green Building Special Planning Framework Thinking and Strategic Suggestions in Circumstances of Low-Carbon Concept

ABSTRACT

In the background of green and low-carbon development, there has been a great number of practice and exploration of urban green buildings special planning in China. Based on the benchmarking of the achievements of the existing urban green building special planning with specific code and the existing common problems, this paper puts forward the technical framework and main contents of China’s urban green building special planning, which mainly includes (1) the fusion and implementation of green building special planning and urban planning system, (2) key technologies in determining functional zoning of urban green special planning, (3) control indicators’ exploration of green buildings’ hierarchical controlling system to adapt to urban functional zoning, and (4) framework exploration for urban green building managing and control platform.
