Research on the Influencing Factors of Study Burnout of Students Majoring in Engineering Management: A Case Study on Universities of Finance and Economics
Publication: ICCREM 2021
ABSTRACT
The Engineering Management major is a multidisciplinary major with a complex curriculum system. Especially for students in universities of finance and economics, they usually have a broad range of knowledge. However, they urgently need to enhance their knowledge in specific fields. At the same time, they need to adapt to the trend of the times to become highly qualified T-shaped people. This research selects engineering management major students from finance and economics colleges as the research object. First, this study uses a questionnaire survey method to study the current situation of study burnout. Second, SPSS is used to analyze the correlation between four factors of individual namely, family, education, society, and students’ study burnout. Finally, the effects of each dimension in each factor are analyzed by AMOS. The results show that the study burnout of engineering management students is very serious. Moreover, there is a significant difference between study burnout and academic ranking and campus experience.
