Research on the Influencing Factors of Post-Legislation Evaluation of Regulations Based on the Analysis of AHP and csQCA

Publication: ICCREM 2021

ABSTRACT

China’s legislation is undergoing the transition from quantitative development to qualitative development. As an important part of the legislative process, post-legislative evaluation plays an important role in improving the quality of China’s legislation. This study takes the regulations in the field of housing and urban–rural development as the object, and evaluates them from multi-faceted and multi-dimensional perspectives. First, the AHP is used to establish the evaluation index system, then the clear set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to find out the core influencing factors that lead to the frequent occurrence of regulatory issues, and finally the conclusion is drawn and analyzed to provide a more objective, scientific, and comprehensive reference for the decision-making of post-legislative evaluation.
