Research on Structural Optimization Strategy of Safety Cost of Construction Enterprise
Publication: ICCREM 2021
ABSTRACT
This paper uses the questionnaire survey analysis method to screen out some key factors that affect the safety cost of construction enterprises from the aspects of engineering projects, construction enterprises, and external environment. By analyzing the degree of influence and the degree of influence among these factors, the influence factors of safety cost are divided into objective factors and subjective factors. Among them, the supervision and management system of the supervision department and the national security laws and policies have become the two most important factors among the objective factors. Among the subjective factors, the project funding situation of the construction enterprise is the primary factor. On this basis, determine the correct input direction of the safety cost of construction enterprises, to provide a scientific and reliable basis for the cost optimization strategy of construction enterprises.
