A Supervisory Method for User-Assigning Sharing Bikes Based on Incentive Mechanism
Publication: CICTP 2021
ABSTRACT
User-assigning is one method to avoid imbalance in bike-sharing systems. However, the current user-assigning method has loopholes that provide opportunities for some users to obtain rewards in an improper way. We classify users into three categories according to the way the rewards are earned. By analyzing the behavior characteristics of users, we propose an algorithm to identify different type of users. The final rewards will depend on whether the bike redistribution is achieved and how it is achieved. Our method can help the system identify the profit-making behavior of the users and improve the legitimacy of the bike redistribution, thus reducing the total operating cost of the system and improving the service level.
