Hotel Parking Demand Forecast and Sharing Strategy Analysis

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to establish a reliable model to predict the parking demand of a hotel parking lot in real-time and then analyze the feasibility of opening shared parking spaces. Based on the cluster analysis of hotel parking demand on weekdays, this paper introduces the time series model of econometrics to predict the short-term parking demand. The model calibration and parameter estimation are carried out on the Eviews 8.0 platform, and the appropriate model is selected for the real-time prediction of parking demand. Combined with the measured data, the fitting is proved to be ideal. This paper puts forward the concept of the cumulative frequency of the proportion of vacant berths. According to the prediction results, the judgment conditions of hotel shared parking are given, and the sharing time period is reasonably divided, and good results are obtained.
