Research on Capital Risk Prevention of Real Estate Enterprises

Publication: ICCREM 2020: Intelligent Construction and Sustainable Buildings

ABSTRACT

In recent years, under the background of economic globalization and enterprise collectivization, the real estate industry as the pillar industry of China’s national economic development, its healthy development is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. The capital of real estate enterprises has strong liquidity, which requires sufficient cash flow to maintain the continuous operation of real estate enterprises. The paper based on the analysis of the real estate enterprise capital chain characteristic, as well as the real estate enterprises on the basis of supply and demand of funds, explores the influence factors of enterprise capital chain of real estate and real estate enterprise capital chain risks, and puts forward the real estate enterprise capital chain risk prevention measures, so as to help promote the healthy development of real estate enterprises in our country.
