Research on Human Resource Management Innovation of Real Estate Enterprises in the Big Data Era

Publication: ICCREM 2020: Intelligent Construction and Sustainable Buildings

ABSTRACT

With the gradual implementation of national regulatory policies, significant changes have taken place on the development model of real estate enterprises, and the competition among real estate enterprises has become increasingly fierce. However, from the internet to cloud computing to big data to artificial intelligence, a new generation of information technology has been gradually formed, prompting an important change in enterprise management mode. This paper analyzes the application of big data related technology to improve the human resource management of real estate enterprises, and believes that big data related technology should be fully applied to promote. Optimization of human resource management system is the only road for real estate enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness in the future.
