Research on the Strategy of Rural Toilet Reconstruction in Heilongjiang Province Based on the Concept of Sustainable Development

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of urbanization and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, the health, environmental pollution, and quality of life of farmers, such as toilets, have become increasingly prominent. With the long-term deterioration, the living environment of our future generations is worrying. Taking the rural toilet reconstruction as the research object, using the theory of sustainable development, aiming at the problems existing in the process of rural toilet reconstruction in Heilongjiang Province, this paper explores the corresponding solutions, guides the implementation of rural toilet reconstruction, and promotes the improvement of rural ecological environment from the perspectives of planning and layout, top-level design, personnel quality, organization and coordination, and technical research and development of toilet reconstruction, the construction of ecological civilization, and the sustainable development of rural areas.
