ABSTRACT
In 2018, the number of domestic tourists was 5.039 billion, which is up 10.8% over the same period of the previous year. More than 90% of self-driving tourists choose the surrounding leisure tour, making the county area around the town a popular tourist destination. By analyzing the existing county Tourism transportation network as well as combining the Tourism transportation network level, this paper selects the ‘fast brigade’ and ‘roaming’ networks, respectively. Moreover, research its optimization method and establish bi-level programming model to meet the optimal system as well as user balance. After that, take Gaoping as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the model.
