Zoning Method of Underground Parking Lots Based on the Layout of Integrated Commercial Body
Publication: CICTP 2020
ABSTRACT
In Chinese cities, integrated commercial bodies have emerged with the increasing demand for efficient living in the past two decades. However, the planning and design of the underground parking lot are not in line with the development of the complex. Given the problems of driving and walking time in the underground parking lot of comprehensive business, this paper first summarizes the layout characteristics of the integrated commercial body and then establishes the parking lot partition model. By using the projection method, the partition is closely related to the functional area of the integrated commercial body and the size, location, and shape of the partition are determined, to reduce the driving and walking time. Finally, the model was applied to a comprehensive commercial building case, and the effect of the model was verified.
