Research on Cold-Chain Home Delivery Path Scheme Based on Time-Varying Road Network

ABSTRACT
In order to solve the problem of long transit time and high distribution cost in the process of cold chain home delivery, considering the time-varying characteristics of different road sections in the actual transportation network and the timeliness of customer demand, this paper takes the minimum distribution cost, the shortest driving distance and the highest customer satisfaction as the objective functions, and constructs a cold chain home matching model with fuzzy time windows and time-varying roads. The model is solved by using a genetic simulated annealing algorithm, and the model and algorithm are verified by specific examples. Through the example, the influence of customer satisfaction and road network congestion on the choice of cold chain home route and distribution cost is discussed. The results show that road network congestion and customer satisfaction will significantly affect the distribution cost and path plan of the cold chain home delivery.
