Study on the Evaluation Model and Path for Smart City

Abstract
Smart city is the new direction, current mode and building ideas of city construction. This paper selects 13 indexes to evaluation the smart city from internet infrastructure, smart industry, convenient service, and precise governance, through expert and the city managers advice at first. Then, the method of principal component analysis is used to evaluate the smart capability of 36 cites, they are divided into four types by the cluster analysis. The smart city construction path is analysis as the typical cases of Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Qingdao, and Guiyang. At last, this paper puts forward the five peed smart city construction countermeasures, according to the smart city construction problems.
