A Study on Optimizing the Allocation of Urban Residential Land Resources in China

Abstract

Land is the carrier of housing. In order to meet the housing need of urban residents, the land scale expansion of urban housing has become an inevitable trend. Optimizing the land resources allocation of urban housing is not only the requirement to solve the housing contradiction and to stabilize the development of real estate market, but also the need to ensure people’s livelihood and stability and to promote harmony and development, which is beneficial for realizing the goal of constructing a harmonious society. The present essay analyzes the problems of the land resources allocation of urban housing in China and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on those problems, aiming at improving the housing land system in China and promoting the land resources optimization and allocation of urban housing.
