Research on Property Management and Community Governance of Old Community in Guangzhou

Abstract

There are a lot of old communities in Guangzhou. In old communities, the houses are old and the infrastructures are insufficient, so property management in the old communities is very difficult and maybe it will affect the social harmony and stability. The article mixes the community governance theories into property management to research how to improve the property management in old communities. It investigates and analyses Donghu new village community property management pattern. At last, new mechanisms are proposed to promote property management in the old communities.
