Construction and Application of Comprehensive Evaluate System of Credit of Bidders

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy, the construction of the credit system in the field of tendering and bidding has become an important part of the construction of the social credit system. As the most important participant, how to build a virtuous credit system of bidders has become an issue that has aroused strong attention. Based on the analysis of current credit problems of bidders in the field of tendering and bidding, this paper offers the principles and ideas of constructing the credit evaluation system and designs the comprehensive application schemes of credit information, and also puts forwards some suggestions on how to build the credit system of bidders. Based on the credit evaluation system, the government can conduct a unified evaluation of the bidder’s credit in order to regulate the market of tendering and bidding.
