Research of the Multistage Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of the Real Estate Enterprise Financial Risk Pre-Warning

ABSTRACT

At first, this paper analyzes that the real estate enterprises are faced with the economic environment and the main cause of financial risk, and then, aiming at the current single financial warning model analysis angle and the financial risk has the characteristics of complexity, fuzziness, based on the financial index as the main body of the financial pre-warning system, the introduction of non-financial indicators of real estate enterprise financial risk pre-warning system, finally, puts forward a new financial risk pre-warning and assessment index, established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of real estate enterprise financial warning.
