Publication: ICCREM 2016: BIM Application and Off-Site Construction

ABSTRACT

As the complexity and synthesis of modern projects management becoming more and more obvious, talents work on the project technology management must have the spirit and capacity of innovation. This paper, based on the characteristics of creative talents, builds a all-round “3+0.5+0.5” cultivating mode, which makes optimal combination of the four-year (eight-semester) undergraduate education and divide it into three organic-related sections, they are the basic and professional education section, the comprehensive capacity-building section, and the theme design capacity-building section, and in the first one, there is an improvement on the curriculum system. Besides, this mode also set up a gradient-level practical teaching mode in accordance with the three stages of the progress of school term. This mode’s starting point, under the premise of ensuring theoretical knowledge and basic skills teaching, is to enhance and improve students’ ability of applying knowledge, being creative, effectively cultivate creative talents of engineering management who can meet market demands with ability and can solve problems in a creative way.
