ABSTRACT
This paper describes a deployable launch system capability being developed at NASA KSC that was publicly announced in May 2015. It is a set of multi-user ground support equipment that will be used to test and launch small class launch vehicles. The paper also describes a transportable modular launch/landing pad concept that was developed to support vertical takeoff vertical landing vehicles, such as the NASA JSC Morpheus Lander, and discusses rocket plume effects on launch/landing pad surfaces.
