Calculation Evaluation of High Speed Railway Operation Safety

Publication: Challenges and Advances in Sustainable Transportation Systems

Abstract

On the basis of accident data of some railway administration from October 2011 to January 2013 and another railway administration from January 2011 to December 2012, the main influencing factors of both ordinary and high-speed railway operation safety are summarized. Then characteristics of high speed railway operation safety were analyzed. High speed railway operation safety is a high demand at the management level. andhas more traffic safety accidents owing to the management but few accidents owing to the outside factor out of the high-speed railway system, many accidents involve in vehicle system, communication signal system and emergency rescue system. Then it constructed a high-speed railway operation safety evaluation model by uncertain multi-attribute method. It took railway administration bureau A as example and concluded its operation safety situation is general in the end.
