Multifactor Coupling Risk Assessment of High-Speed Railway Dispatching System
Publication: ICTE 2013: Safety, Speediness, Intelligence, Low-Carbon, Innovation
Abstract
The analysis of risk assessment of high-speed railway dispatching system is important for the security of high-speed railway operation to evaluate, forecast, and control the risk of the system. Based on the theory of 4M (man, machine, environment, management), relevant risk factors of the system are studied. In order to describe the coupling characteristics of the risk factors, BCG matrix analysis was applied in the qualitative assessment. Moreover, quantitative analysis was studied by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). This paper is an attempt toward the risk evaluation, prediction, and control of the high-speed railway dispatching system.
