Abstract
To scientifically evaluate the comprehensive transportation network layout planning schemes, a method of matter element analysis of multiple-elements data quantifying decision in extenics is adopted after constructing the indexes system. This method directly applies source data and transfers the objective of multiple parameters to a single objective. On the basis of establishing the evaluation levels and determining index weight through entropy weigh method, the method analyzes and compares the transportation network planning schemes according to the comprehensive relational degree. The comprehensive evaluation process of this method is illustrated by an example, which demonstrates that the method is efficient and feasible and can provide quantitative foundation for decision making.
