Overall Objectives and Principles of Optimizing Adjustments in Locomotive Affair Productivity Layout

Abstract
First, based on overall consideration of the present situation and main problems and the development direction of Chinese locomotive affair productivity distribution, this paper puts forward the overall objectives and guiding ideology to optimize locomotive affair productivity layout and then draws out the adjustment ideas of optimizing locomotive affair productivity layout. Finally, the paper studies several basic principles in optimizing adjustments of locomotive affair productivity layout and provides the support conditions of our country's locomotive affair productivity layout adjustment work.
