Game Model of the Logistics and Transport Cooperation of Enterprises under Uncertain Demands

This paper studies the shipment consolidation among logistics enterprises when facing uncertain demands. In the paper, the author discusses respectively the issues of cost allocation for the shipment consolidation among enterprises under the time-based and quantity-based shipment consolidation strategies, establishes a collaborative game model, and designs a cost-allocation plan accordingly. The result of the study indicates that coalition can not only curtail the costs, but also improve the utilization of resources. With the help of coalition, a practical model to promote the real effective coalition among enterprises in practice will be established, which hopefully can help enterprises optimize the use of resources to accelerate their development in different socioeconomic environments.
