Left-Turning Conflict Delay Models under Straight-Line Priority

Abstract
Based on the assumption that vehicle time headway obeys M3 distribution, using probability theory and queuing theory, this paper deduces the left-turn cars' delay model at conflict point when straight line is prior at a two-phase intersection.
