Social Efficiency and Social Equity of Indemnificatory Apartments

Abstract
With the growth of population, industrialization and rapid urbanization, the indemnificatory apartment has caused more and more close attention from the society and the government. The paper analyzes the indemnificatory apartment's current situation of construction in China, points out that the indemnificatory apartment plays an active role in promoting social equity and improving social efficiency. Meanwhile, there are some problems during the implementation of the indemnificatory apartment, so some suggestions on these issues are proposed.
