Real Estate Project Group Progress Synergetic Management Based on Spatial Network Structure

Abstract
The real estate project-groups have a large scale, are highly interrelated and have complex formation. According to the characteristics above, in this paper, the author analyzed difficulties in implementation of project progress control from the perspective of real estate enterprises. This paper used space network structure model on the base of project-group management theory and synergy theory, put forward the method and process of the real estate enterprise project-group progress control. In addition, this paper proposed collaborative process and adjusting method of progress management based on project-group management office (PMO) as the core to ensure the realization of project schedule objectives.
