Exploration on Complicacy of the Maritime Informatization

Abstract
With the development of information technology and its population, digitalized maritime affairs have become the new goal of the informatization development in Manage Administration. However, the non-determinacy in course of the maritime informatization makes the development of this technique in space non-linear. With the advance of maritime informatization, its complexity is visualizing unceasingly. By the application of the complexity theory to this paper, we make analysis of the complexity in the course of maritime informatization, considering such factors as human, management and information technology. Accordingly, we put forward some suggestions and measures in reduction of the complexity.
