Research on Diagnosis Model for Iron and Steel Enterprise Production Logistics System

Logistics cost is one of the most important factors in factory production. Recently, it plays a very important role in iron and steel enterprises. This paper aims to construct a suitable model for iron and steel enterprise production logistics diagnosis. This paper first analyzes the main characteristic of iron and steel enterprise production logistics system, and constructs production system logistics structure. Then, a diagnosis model in the field of logistics function level is established. From the viewpoint of the logistics rationalization principle, the diagnosis model adopts the key factor analysis and KI (Key Index) principle based on the characteristics of iron and steel enterprise production logistics. The diagnosis model is a multidimensional diagnosis system. It contains descriptive analysis and diagnosis analysis. Finally, practice results show that it plays a guiding role in iron and steel enterprise production logistics optimization.
