Strategy Study on the Green Logistics of Wuhan Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Green logistics has been the inevitable trend of the modern logistics. The development of green logistics industry in Wuhan will play an important role in the implementation of the rise of Central-China strategy. This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing green logistics of Wuhan. It proposes that the government should increase the propaganda and financial subsidies for green logistics as well as participate in the development of green logistics technologies, and the enterprises should strengthen the construction of informatization and other strategic recommendations for Wuhan.
