Scheme Research of Introducing Passenger Dedicated Line into Railway Terminal Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Model

Location of passenger station where passenger-dedicated line is introduced into railway hub is a complicated problem. This paper established a comparison and selection scheme model based on fuzzy matter-element. According to Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line introduced into Changsha railway hub, 11 evaluation indexes, such as total engineering investment, scale adaptability, station developing space and so on was determined. Then we determined the entropy weight of each index and sorted all evaluation plans by computing a similar approach degree to get the best scheme. This Evaluation Model can effectively avoid the influence that was brought from the uncertainty of evaluation standards and the subjective factor. From the evaluation results, it was scientific and rational.
