Optimization of Dynamic Dispatching Decision of Active Wagons-Flow in Railway Hub Based on ITS-R

Abstract
For the intelligent dispatching of wagons-flow in railway hubs, not only does the dispatcher at station need to plan the organization depending on passive arrivals, but he or she also can initially ask for the organization from upper stations according to their demand. On the basis of the dispatching decision of passive wagons-flow in a railway hub, the dynamic dispatching decision of active wagons-flow is studied. A mixed-integer, double-level optimization model is built. For fitting the characteristics of the model, such as multiple variables and constraint conditions, and for meeting the timeliness requirements for dynamic dispatching, a relevant algorithm to solve the model is presented.
