Evaluation of an RITS-Based System for Special Transport Management

Abstract
On the basis of relevant references, this paper presents the evaluation system of the quality of Special Transport Management System (STMS), and the indexes are analyzed respectively. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to make the quantification of qualitative issues. A synthetic evaluating model of STMS is established by way of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy identification theory. The evaluation progress is analyzed in detail. Finally, an example illustrating the method is presented and the evaluation result proves to be in accordance with the fact of STMS.
