Research on Joint Optimization Method for Warehousing and Transportation of Iron and Steel Enterprise

Abstract

The law of trade-off widely exists in logistics system. Based on iron and steel enterprise, the author builds a joint optimization model of warehousing and transportation and puts forward a decision-making method of railway and highway transportation. When the price of material is higher, the batch of railway and highway transportation is larger and the daily consumption of material is smaller, the highway transportation has an advantage in cost.
