Study on the Operation Management Mode of Newly-Built Railway from China to Burma

Abstract
The newly-built railway from China to Burma was referred to the line from Ruili to Kyaukpyu, the research of its operation management mode has and important impact. This paper mainly studies its financing mode, operation management mode, customs mode and reloading mode. Through the analysis of BOT, this paper determines the financing body and projects of railway; Through the comparison of three operation management modes, this paper advises this railway to take the operation management mode of "joint management and part entrusting"; through the study of customs mode and reloading mode. This paper advises this railway to take the customs mode of "two checks in one place" and concentrates on the reloading mode.
