Abstract
This paper considers the traffic safety command problems of treating emergencies in multiple-level coordinates of large highway networks. Working with inter-province, inter-department, and inter-road networks, the study fixed the importance and urgency of constructing a traffic emergency command center. On this basis, this paper not only analyzes the way to divide different levels and the function of different levels, but also describes the logic framework, including vertical and horizontal directions, and the control construction and logic of multiple-level coordinates. Then, it discusses the data processing mode, structural module and function of the visualization technology of multiple-platform remote command information. Finally, the situations of some provinces and cities under development and in construction are summarized.
