Abstract
On the basis of the statistical analysis for the accident material, this paper gives the weights of the accident influence factors by using the analytic hierarchy process and establishes the weight matrix. It combines the accident characteristics and divides the levels of accident severity. Using the entropy-maximizing method which contains the heaviest information, it creates the accident membership functions. Then, the accident probability is drawn under specific situations. Combining accident probability with accident severity under specific situations, it puts forward prevention measures of traffic accidents. Finally, through a concrete instance, gathering the main index of the influence, it calculates the accident probability and severity, and demonstrates its feasibility and reliability.
