Dynamic Relief-Demand Management for Emergency Rescue

Abstract
This paper analyzes the challenge of relief-demand management for emergency rescue and proposes its processing procedure. The multi-objective dynamic scheduling model is established based on time and scheduling points, the solution method and procedure are introduced. Finally an example is demonstrated.
