Abstract
Focus of current explorations in the field of emergency traffic organizations is pointed out in the first place, study scope and subject of this paper are defined as well. Then an analysis is conducted on the structure and characteristics of emergency passenger flows and the combination with the operational characteristics of metro network helps to achieve the abstraction of the distributing process of emergency flows after accidents. Some possible factors concerning with the distribution taken into account, the dynamic assignment model of passenger flows is set up in accordance with the distribution pattern of flows. Finally, a computing instance is provided to verify the model.
