Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Four-Element Connection Number for Airport Pavement Service Performance
Publication: ICTE 2011
Abstract
In view of the problem that airport pavement service performance are difficult to quantify, a new model for airport pavement service performance evaluation was established by four-element connection number based on set pair analysis in the paper, which took pavement conditions index (PCI), pavement roughness index (IRI) and pavement friction coefficient (SFC) as evaluation factors. All indexes can be summarized into four-element connection number. Various years of airport pavement service performance is analyzed on the model with more satisfactory results. Compared with grey clustering method, this model is perfect, the evaluating result is more reasonable and its resolving power is higher. By this practical example, the model proved to be effective in airport pavement service performance evaluation.
