Analysis of Security Forewarning Model of Inland Waterway Transportation in Guizhou Province

Abstract

Due to the absence of a long-term security management mechanism, waterway accidents in Guizhou Province occur frequently, causing heavy loss of life and property. With the scientific pre-control as a starting point and the basis of full study, the corresponding security forewarning indicator system can be set up by selecting the scientific and reasonable evaluation index and considering the characteristics of the Guizhou inland waterway transportation. This system firstly evaluated the weight of index through the analytic hierarchy process, then analysis and research the security status of inland waterway transportation by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The result of research can provide a theoretical basis of long-term security management mechanism for the Guizhou Province Transportation Security Administration.
