Delphi-Entropy Weighted Decision Making Model for Third Party Logistics Services Selection

Abstract

More and more researches focus on combined-weighting approach. But different combined methods obtain different weight. Delphi-entropy weighted multi-objective decision making model for the third party logistics services selection is developed. Its core thought lies in the weighting construction, which manifests the system design thought from the top and bottom-up. An application of third party logistics services selection is given to illustrate that the model is rational and effective.
