Experiment Assessment of Cement-Based Composite Materials on the Force Senstived Effect

Abstract
Cement-based conductive composite materials, as an important kind of function material, is a new type of material which is definited for the concrete projects; And the study of it provides a foundation of the smart structures research. Meanwhile it can bring the society a greater economic with the applications in the field of traffic detect, melted the ice, the heating of struction and electromagnetic shielding. Research shows that the cement-based conductive composite materials have good nature of electricity. It has corresponding relationship between the resistivity changes and the strain, that is, in a small scale of the strain it increases with the strain in a linear way which is called "force senstived effect". So the materials can be made of sensing material and achieve the goal of monitoring of the strain in important structural parts and damage state through the resistivity changes. In this paper, it tells the laws of mechanics performance and force senstived effect by the way of putting different quality of graphite with powder into the mortar and making a specific size of the trial.
