Status Classification and Relevant Feature Analysis on City Street Landscape in Chengdu

Abstract

By the statistic analysis of around 300,000 data acquired through mathematic methods including Indscal method and K-medoids method, based on the landscape classification experiment on 120 streets in the City of Chengdu, this thesis grasps the status of landscape classification of city streets in Chengdu and obtains some essential factors the experiment refers to, and in a further sense gets access to the important factors that may influence the city landscape.
