Abstract
The three-dimensional video of under water targets could be obtained theoretically with a deep-water video method by scanning laser for salvage, which was studied and put forward. This method was expected to increase the lighting distance of ordinary light from about 2m to 10m order. Combining sonar technology, it would achieve 3d visualization detection in deeper-water salvage, and make it more precise, that is helpful to position the target.
