Abstract
Five factors which affect the support capability of railway quick response transportation were discussed in this paper, then a model for evaluating the support capability is put forward based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Hilbert space. The results of AHP were used as the weight operator to establish the Hilbert index space. According to the weak compactness of the unit sphere in the Hilbert space, a model for evaluating the support capability of railway quick response transportation is established. The model has good data (including qualitative data and non-qualitative data) processing capability. The contribution rate of every index and accessibility of general index can be deduced by analyzing the indexes and evaluation object. A case for the evaluation of the support capability for railway quick response transportation is analyzed in the end part of the paper. The result shows that the model presented in the paper is available for the evaluation of the support capability for railway quick response transportation.
