Research on Urban Vulnerability in Emergency Logistics System of Sudden Public Events

Abstract
As a system, the city exists with its vulnerability in natural environment. The social interaction between city and environment is influential. This article first studies the concept and type of urban vulnerability; then analyzes the relationship between the urban vulnerability and the urban risk; The foundation of anglicizing the urban function coupling mechanism is proposed along with the emergency logistics system skeleton of the urban vulnerability and risk which results in the occurrence of a sudden public event.
