Abstract
The creative industries have become new global economic "development engine". In the national economy development process, it is playing an increasingly important role. This paper uses the radar analysis technology and selected four indicators to evaluate supply chain. The four indicators are separately the degree of creative clusters, the cluster supply chain innovative investment rates, input and output rate of the supply chain cluster, and the cluster coordination degree of supply chain. Through research, four types of supply chain development are obtained. They are integrated development model, potential model, actively expand the type and stable and demand rose type. The purpose of this paper is to improve the cluster supply chain management, and provides reference to better optimization of the supply chain, clear cluster supply chain strengths and weaknesses; so that the enterprises targeted to improve supply chain optimization and therefore the creative industries could better serve the socio-economic development.
