Abstract
The uncertainty in the supply process will have a decisive impact on any business. Therefore, the selection of suitable suppliers and the solid establishment of the supplier partnership are very important in the development of an enterprise. This paper introduces the theory of preference constrain cone DEA. Taking an enterprise which produces bedclothes as an example, it establishes a supplier evaluation model and the selection of a supplier, which will have a practical significance in building the partnership between the suppliers in the company.
